Pumpkin Chip Oat Cookies
- Wet ingredients
- 1 cup real butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 15 ounces canned pumpkin puree
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 2 cups sugar
- Dry ingredients
- 1 bag pumpkin spice morsels
- 1 cup english walnuts havles
- 4 cups unbleached flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon creme of tartar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2-2/3 cups Old fasion Oats
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0. Mix all of the wet ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in another mixing bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix together.
- grease a cookie sheet and use a tablespoon to make golf ball sized cookies on the trays spaced evenly about 9 cookies per tray. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes.
