Captain'S Casserole

  1. Heat soup, milk and cheese until cheese is melted.
  2. Combine rice and pepper in greased shallow pan.
  3. Drain tomatoes, measuring 1/2 cup juice, stirring juice and water into rice.
  4. Slice tomatoes; arrange most of tomatoes on rice.
  5. Add onion, tuna and olives.
  6. Pour on sauce.
  7. Sprinkle on chips or crumbs; add remaining tomatoes.
  8. Add Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese and oregano.
  9. Bake in a 375u0b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
