Banana Split Refrigerator Sheet Cake
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe banana cake mix
- 3 oz. pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 1/4 oz. envelope Dream Whip mix
- 1 (4-serving size) pkg. vanilla or chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 1/2 c. cold milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water, set aside at room temperature.
- Prepare and bake cake as directed on package.
- Cool cake 20 minutes, poke holes in cake with a knife. With cup slowly pour mixture of gelatin over cake.
- Set in refrigerator while preparing topping.
- Blend topping mix, instant pudding, cold milk and vanilla.
- Beat until stiff, spread on cake. Store cake in refrigerator and serve chilled.
- Serves 6.
