The President'S Choice

  1. Cut chicken in serving pieces; dip in flour and brown in hot fat in skillet.
  2. When chicken pieces are browned, remove to casserole.
  3. Add chopped onion to fat and brown lightly; add remaining ingredients to fat and onion in skillet and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour sauce over browned chicken in casserole; cover casserole with aluminum foil and bake in moderate oven, 350u0b0, for 1 hour.
  5. Serve piping hot with hot rolls and potato salad and sliced tomatoes, if you like.
  6. It's delicious.
