Famous Holiday Mash-Up Dessert

• 1 ready-made bakery Apple Pie
• 1 ready-made bakery Pecan Pie
• 1 cup of salted & roasted Pecans
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 can of peaches, drained
• 1/2 can of evaporated milk
• 1 stick of melted butter
• 1/2 cup flour
• tsp each: cinnamon, ginger, cloves
• Vanilla bean ice-cream

1. Butter a large rectangular baking dish, drop in the two pies, chop with a spatula in to large chunks and spread them out in the dish.
2. Mix brown sugar, spices, and flour and sprinkle over the mashed pies. Drain the peaches (apricots or pineapple also work nicely), and dot them over the mix. Pour the evaporated milk, then the melted butter over it all, then top with salted pecans. (Pecans sprayed in butter spray, salted and roasted for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven).
3. Bake at 350 for half an hour and serve warm with vanilla ice-cream!
