Big And Easy Pizza
- 1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits, then separate each biscuit into 2 layers.
- Arrange on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Press biscuits to form crust.
- Spread tomato sauce over dough; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
- Stir salad dressing mix into ground beef along with onion and pepper; spoon over cheese.
- Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
- Can be made ahead, covered and refrigerated up to 2 hours.
