Big And Easy Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Separate dough into 10 biscuits, then separate each biscuit into 2 layers.
  3. Arrange on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
  4. Press biscuits to form crust.
  5. Spread tomato sauce over dough; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
  6. Stir salad dressing mix into ground beef along with onion and pepper; spoon over cheese.
  7. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  8. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
  9. Can be made ahead, covered and refrigerated up to 2 hours.
