Inside-Out Ravioli

  1. Brown the first 3 ingredients.
  2. Drain frozen spinach and save liquid.
  3. Combine spinach, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce and tomato paste.
  4. Add 1/2 cup liquid from spinach.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add spinach mixture, pasta, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and salad oil.
  6. Spread pasta mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  7. Top with meat sauce.
  8. (Sometimes there is too much for 1 pan.
  9. I put extra in an 8 x 8-inch pan and freeze.)
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
