South-Of-The-Border Casserole

  1. In small skillet, brown beef in margarine and oil.
  2. Add green pepper and cook until tender.
  3. Put beef and peppers in ungreased 1 3/4-quart casserole.
  4. Sprinkle with onion.
  5. In separate bowl, combine chili with beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, brown sugar, 1 cup corn chips and 1/2 cup cheese.
  6. Stir into beef mixture.
  7. Bake uncovered at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and spread sour cream over top of casserole.
  9. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
  10. Make a border of corn chips.
  11. Bake 5 minutes longer.
