Chicken Roll-Ups And Gravy

  1. Put chicken on wax paper.
  2. Flatten to 1/4-inch.
  3. Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and garlic.
  4. Place a slice of ham and cheese in center of each chicken roll and secure with toothpicks. Dredge in flour; brown chicken on both sides in oil.
  5. Combine chicken broth, soup and mushrooms.
  6. Pour over chicken; bring to a boil.
  7. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
  8. Serve with rice. Makes 6 servings.
