Indian Style Dim Sum Momo

  1. Put the shrimp and chili powder in food processor and grind to a paste
  2. Add in chopped shallot, spices, salt and chopped basil and mix all together well
  3. Place a teaspoon of the shrimp mixture in the center of each wrapper and twist it closed like a little bag
  4. Place a bamboo or other type of steamer over a pot of boiling water
  5. If using bamboo spray each tray with non stick spray
  6. Place the momo in the trays of the steamer
  7. Steam for about 10 minutes
  8. Serve with chutney or any sort of dipping sauce
