Turkey Meatball Stroganoff

  1. Combine turkey, crushed croutons and garlic powder.
  2. Form into balls.
  3. Spray large skillet with Pam.
  4. Brown turkey balls on all sides.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. In the same skillet, cook the onions until tender in 2 tablespoons liquid Butter Buds. Add the mushrooms and flour.
  7. Stir in chicken broth and seasoning mix (Weight Watchers Brand) and water.
  8. Boil.
  9. Return the turkey to the pan and heat but do not boil.
  10. Simmer, uncovered, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  11. Stir in yogurt, but do not boil.
  12. Serve turkey balls and sauce over cooked noodles.
  13. Yields 8 servings.
