Almond Crusted Tilapia With Hawaiian Sauce

  1. place crushed almonds on filets
  2. wrap saran wrap around fish filets with arranged almonds and press almonds into filets, unwrap - salt to preference
  3. heat skillet with oil and saute fillets for aprx. 5 min.
  4. Remove from heat and continue with sauce
  5. Return to heat, flip and cook aprx. min longer. Remove and top with sauce and almonds for decor
  6. Mince shallot and sweat with oil. Add cheese and saffron
  7. instantly add the coconut milk and bring to simmer on low heat
  8. Add water, return to simmer while stirring
  9. Add cream and stir- bring to boil and remain for aprox. 3 min
  10. add lime juice, stir and salt to taste-
  11. Return to "Almond Tilapia" last step to finish cooking
