Mouthwatering Meatloaf
- meat mixture
- 2 pounds Ground Chuck
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 small onion diced
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 8 ounces can of cream of mushroom soup use half and set aside other half for topping
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- couple pinches salt and pepper
- topping
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- remainder cream of mushroom soup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.rnCombine all ingredients for meat mixture and shape in a meatloaf pan.rnWhen oven is preheated place meatloaf on middle rack and bake for one hour.rnCombine topping ingredients.rnRemove from oven and drain excess grease.rnCover meatloaf with topping and bake approximately 30 more minutes or until topping has slightly crusted.
