Clair Torte
- 1 C water
- 1 C flour
- 1/2 C real butter
- 1/4 t. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese - softened
- 1 small pkg. Vanilla instant pudding
- 3 C milk
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 2 tbsp Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
- In saucepan over medium heat, bring water, butter and salt to a boil.
- Add flour at once. Stir until a smooth ball forms.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 mins.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well as you add them.
- Spread into greased 13 X 9-inch pan and bake at 400u0b0 for 30 - 35 mins.
- (It will be puffed golden brown). Cool completely.
- Remove onto dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, pudding and milk.
- Spread over puff and refrigerate for 20 mins.
- Spread on Cool Whip and drizzle Hershey's Chocolate Syrup over the top.
