Hot Spicy Pepper Steak

  1. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire, ginger, cornstarch and picante sauce in small bowl and set aside.
  2. Over high heat in large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil until hot, but not smoking.
  3. Add meat and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Drain and set aside.
  5. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in skillet.
  6. Add garlic, peppers, mushrooms and onions.
  7. Stir-fry 3 minutes.
  8. Return meat to skillet.
  9. Stir in picante sauce mixture.
  10. Add water.
  11. Cook and stir about 1 minute or until sauce thickens.
  12. Serve over hot rice.
