Nut And Honey Stir-Fry

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips; set aside.
  2. Mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, cornstarch and grated fresh ginger in a small bowl.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet.
  4. Add chicken pieces; stir-fry until white and opaque, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from wok.
  6. Add additional tablespoon of oil to wok; stir-fry celery, sweet potato and broccoli over high
  7. heat until crisp-tender.
  8. Return chicken strips to pan along with orange juice mixture.
  9. Cook and stir
  10. over medium-high heat until thickened.
  11. Sprinkle with nuts and sliced green onions.
  12. Spoon over rice.
  13. Serves 4 to 5.
