Rich Chocolate Fudge

  1. In large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
  2. Cook 10 to 14 minutes or until mixture comes to full boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; stirring occasionally, boil 6 to 7 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 228u0b0 or small amount of mixture dropped into ice water forms a 2-inch soft thread.
  4. Remove from heat; gradually stir in marshmallow cream until well blended; stir in vanilla. Spread mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Cool completely at room temperature.
  6. To serve, cut into 1-inch squares.
  7. Store in cool place.
