Curried Rabbit With Vegetables

  1. Cut up rabbit into serving size pieces.
  2. Combine flour, salt, curry powder and paprika in a paper or plastic bag.
  3. Add the rabbit pieces and shake until each piece is thoroughly covered. Brown the meat in oil in a large skillet.
  4. Add 1 cup water, cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
  5. Add the vegetables and the bay leaves; cook an additional 30 minutes or until carrots are tender. Remove rabbit and vegetables.
  6. Add sour cream and garlic powder to the skillet.
  7. Heat until thickened for gravy.
