Savory Spaghetti Casserole
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp process cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 lb. spaghetti (cook and drain)
- Cook beef, onion, pepper, garlic and celery in butter until vegetables are tender.
- Add soups, water, spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce.
- In 3-quart casserole, alternate spaghetti, sauce and cheese.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbling and hot.
- Serves 4 to 6.
