Salmon Zucchini Melts With Dill Butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  5. Crumble the salmon into chunks and place equal amounts over the vegetables.

  7. Sprinkle each sandwich with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
