Diet Smucker'S Chicken Salad With Wild Rice

  1. Heat chicken over medium-high heat until hot and cook each side for about 2 minutes or until brown. Put chicken in 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Bake at 450u0b0 for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Then cool and cut into 1/4-inch strips. In large bowl, combine the chicken, rice, green onions, grapes and pecans. Toss well and set aside. In small bowl, combine orange rind and next 4 ingredients. Stir well. Pour over the mixture. Toss well. Serve. Makes 7 servings.
