Taco Dip
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomatoes
- grated Mexican (taco) cheese
- chopped black olives
- nacho chips
- 1 large round pumpernickel
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. dill seed or weed
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 pkg. dried beef or 8 oz. corned beef, cut into small pieces or use 1 box spinach (I use 1 box spinach)
- 2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
- Cut top off bread.
- Scoop out the bread; set aside, leaving shell.
- Mix thoroughly all the other ingredients and pour into shell.
- Cut the set aside bread into easy to handle pieces for dipping.
- When the bread chunks are all gone, don't be surprised to find your guests tearing the shell apart and dipping that too! It's that good.
