Ham And Cheese Quiche

  1. Fill cooked shell with the cheeses; set aside.
  2. Mix together cream, chives, onion, curry powder, salt and pepper in a 4 cup measure or 1-quart casserole dish.
  3. Microwave on High (100%) for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until steaming.
  4. Stir a small enough amount of hot cream into eggs; stir egg mixture into the remaining hot cream. Pour in shell.
  5. Sprinkle with ham.
  6. Microwave for 12 to 14 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  7. Turn dish a half turn halfway through cooking.
  8. Yield:
  9. 6 to 8 servings.
