Sugar-Free Chocolate Ramekin Cake

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 u0b0 F/ 180 u0b0 C
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix - batter will be thick
  5. Pour the hot water into the batter and mix quickly
  6. Mix the batter a little more to get rid of any lumps
  7. Pour into greased ramekins
  8. Bake for 12 mins.
  9. For the date paste: Soak dates in water for about 12 hours. Then blend into a paste using a food processor of a really powerful blender. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
