Fruit Pizza

• 1 roll Pillsbury slice and bake sugar cookies
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3/4 c. sliced strawberries
• 2 sliced bananas, dipped in lemon juice
• any other fruit desired
• 1 pkg. strawberry pie glaze (optional)
• 1 can fruit cocktail, drained
• 1/2 c. sugar

1. In a 13 x 9-inch cake pan, lay a sheet of wax paper.
2. Spread a layer of nuts over the wax paper. Spread a generous amount of coconut flakes over the nuts. Get a box of German chocolate cake mix and mix according to directions on box.
3. Spread cake mix over the coconut flakes.
4. Mix 8 ounces cream cheese and 1 box confectioners sugar until smooth and creamy. Spoon out over cake mix.
5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
6. Let cake cool and turn onto cake server.
