Carrot And Zucchini Bars

  1. In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ginger and baking soda.
  2. In another bowl, stir together eggs, carrot, zucchini, raisins, walnuts, oil, honey and vanilla. Add carrot mixture to flour mixture; stir until just combined. Spread batter in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 25 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
  6. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
  7. Makes 36 bars.
