Sausage Spaghetti Bake
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 lb. thin spaghetti
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Brown sausage.
- Add garlic and saute 2 minutes.
- Pour off fat. Add ingredients above.
- Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
- While sauce cooks, cook spaghetti as directed on package.
- Spoon half of the spaghetti in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Top with half of the sauce; add rest of the spaghetti and the rest of the sauce.
- Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Cut in squares and lift out with spatula.
