Shrimp Fettucine

  1. In a large skillet, saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in 1/2 stick butter and oil.
  2. Add shrimp and saute until pink.
  3. Pour off excess liquid.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Cover and keep warm.
  6. Cook noodles and drain.
  7. In saucepan, melt remaining 1/2 stick butter. Add noodles, cheeses and cream.
  8. Mix well and combine with shrimp. Sprinkle with parsley; toss and serve immediately.
