Strombolia
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/3 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 to 5 c. flour
- pizza sauce
- ham
- sliced yellow cheese
- mushrooms
- pepperoni
- shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
- Dissolve yeast in warm water; add oil, salt and flour.
- Knead until smooth; let rise.
- Makes two.
- Cut dough in half; roll out each half to fit jelly roll pan.
- Cover 1/2 of one with pizza sauce.
- Put on a layer of ham, each piece covering half of other piece.
- Do same with sliced yellow cheese on top of ham.
- Add mushrooms and pepperoni and cover with shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese.
- Bring over uncovered half of dough over ingredients and seal.
- Do same with other half of dough.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until done.
