Sugar-Free Carrot Cake

  1. Preheat
  2. oven to 350u0b0.teat eggs in large mixing bowl. Add sugar, water and oil.
  3. Sift together dry ingredients.
  4. Add slowly totgg mixture, mixing well.
  5. Add carrots, pecans and pineapple. Mix
  6. untiltell
  7. combined.
  8. Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with
  9. vegetable spray.
  10. Flour lightly.
  11. Bake approximately 40 minutes.
  12. Cool. Frost with Sugar-Free Cream Cheese Icing.
