Lasagne
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/3 c. water
- pinch of oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cut thin
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Brown meat and onions in a large skillet; drain well.
- Add garlic salt, oregano, pepper, tomatoes, tomato paste and water. Simmer 30 minutes.
- Layer half the noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella, Velveeta and Parmesan cheeses.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining half.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
