Blueberry Dream
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 (2.8 oz.) pkg. whipped topping mix
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
- Combine cracker crumbs and butter; stir well.
- Set aside 2 tablespoons crumb mixture.
- Press remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 15 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 8 minutes.
- Cool. Place cream cheese in large bowl; beat on high speed until fluffy. Add powdered sugar; mix well.
- Set aside.
- Combine whipped topping mix, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
- Beat on high, 4 minutes or until fluffy.
- Fold into creamed mixture.
- Spread 1/2 of topping mix over crust.
- Spoon on pie filling.
- Spread remaining topping. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
- Chill 8 hours.
- Serves 12.
