Stir-Fry Chicken And Vegetables

  1. Heat oil and butter in skillet. Add chicken and onion. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Cook noodles according to directions. Add remaining ingredients to skillet, except for noodles. Stir-fry until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp-tender. Add noodles; toss to mix. Heat through. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
