Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread With Sweet Tzatziki
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Harrisa Powder
- Dash Black Pepper
- Dash Mediterranean Salt
- Dash Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 4 Mint Leaves (finley cut)
- 1 sprig Thyme
- 1 sprig Fresh Dill
- 1/2 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- Shot White Wine
- 1 Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 drop Olive Oil
- 1 dash Honey
- 1 pinch Fresh Dill
- Dash Feta Cheese
- Handful Tomatoes
- Handful Cucumbers
- Bunch Mixed Greens
- 1 teaspoon Ouzo
- Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and marinade with ingredients (olive oil, harissa, black pepper, Mediterranean salt, lime juice, cumin, paprika, thyme, mint leaves, dill, minced garlic, white wine) for 20 minutes. Then in a hot skillet pour chicken until fully cooked (you may add more olive oil to skillet).
- Sweet Tzatziki - In a small bowl mix (Greek Yogurt, Honey, Olive Oil, Fresh Dill, Ouzo).
- Place Chicken on Greek Flatbread with some mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and drizzle Tzatziki and Feta.rnAdd Hummus (if desired)
