Simple-To-Fix Great Tasting Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 large onions
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (6 oz.) can Hunt's tomato paste
- 2 (15 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
- 4 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves crushed or chopped garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- Cook ground chuck and drain into colander.
- In same pot chuck was cooked in, saute the onions and green pepper.
- While sauteing, stir in spices.
- When onions are nearly cooked, add remaining ingredients and ground chuck.
- Simmer for 60 minutes.
- Remove bay leaf and serve over your favorite pasta noodles.
- Should serve 4 to 6 adults.
