Fiesta Tamale Pie

  1. Heave oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef, onion and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, corn, olives and seasonings; heat to boiling.
  4. Pour into an ungreased baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch or 2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Mix cornmeal, milk and eggs and spoon onto meat mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
