Cindy'S Chicken And Green Beans
- 1 gal. plastic Ziploc bag green beans
- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. white wine
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 c. crushed tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. each fresh herbs, chopped (oregano, rosemary, thyme and marjoram)
- chicken spice
- salt
- pepper
- Steam green beans 5 minutes.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
- Place half the beans in pan.
- Cover with half of the onion and garlic.
- Place other half of beans on top and cover with rest of onions and garlic.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pour wine and tomatoes on top of beans.
- Sprinkle half the herbs on top. Wash and dry chicken.
- Place skin side up on top of beans.
- Spray chicken with Pam.
- Sprinkle with chicken spice and the rest of the herbs.
- Bake uncovered at 375u0b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
