Peanut Butter Cups
- 12 paper muffin cups
- 1 - 12 ounce package milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Cut the top half of muffin cups so they are shallower.
- Melt the chocolate chips in microwave in glass bowl at 50% power for 2 minutes or until melted.
- Using a teaspoon, spoon a portion of chocolate in the middle of the muffin cup, drawing it up the edges.
- Repeat with remaining muffin cups.
- Put in fridge so chocolate hardens.
- Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar and salt in a medium bowl and put in microwave for 1 minute.
- Spoon a portion of peanut butter into each of the chocolate-coated cups. Put back in fridge to harden, Re-Melt the rest of the chocolate and spread a layer on top of the peanut butter.
- Return to fridge to harden.
- Makes 12 peanut butter cups.
