Coffee And Cream Cake

  1. Beat egg yolks and 1/4 cup sugar.
  2. Add 3/4 cup boiling water and vanilla.
  3. Sift and add:
  4. cake flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, soda and 1 3/4 teaspoons instant coffee.
  5. Add melted chocolate.
  6. Beat egg whites and add 1/4 cup sugar and fold into coffee mixture.
  7. Bake in 2 layers at 350u0b0 about 20 minutes.
  8. Whip whipping cream and flavor with 3/4 teaspoon instant coffee and 1/4 cup sugar.
