Plums Pie
- For the pastry
- 200 grams flour
- 30 grams almond powder
- 100 grams butter
- 150 milliliters water
- 1 pinch salt
- 20 grams powdered sugar
- 10 grams brown sugar
- For the filling
- 15 grams almond powder
- 15 grams brown sugar
- 1000 grams plums and gages
- Put the flour, salt, sugar, brown sugar and almond powder in a bowl. Add soft butter diced and knead until having a crumbly dough. Then add water and mix until having a smooth paste. Form a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Let stand 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Spread the dough with a rolling pin on a baking sheet. Spread brown sugar and almond powder on it and arrange the quartered plums over leaving between 4 and 6 cm edges. Fold the edges coarsely and sprinkle over fruit brown sugar.
- Bake 30 minutes at 180 u0b0 C.
