Plums Pie

  1. Put the flour, salt, sugar, brown sugar and almond powder in a bowl. Add soft butter diced and knead until having a crumbly dough. Then add water and mix until having a smooth paste. Form a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Let stand 1 hour in refrigerator.
  2. Spread the dough with a rolling pin on a baking sheet. Spread brown sugar and almond powder on it and arrange the quartered plums over leaving between 4 and 6 cm edges. Fold the edges coarsely and sprinkle over fruit brown sugar.
  3. Bake 30 minutes at 180 u0b0 C.
