Spring Toast

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste for seasoning and adjust as necessary.
  3. Place in sealed container. Store covered in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
  4. Toast bread.
  5. Smear pea hummus over toast, then place sliced avocado on top.
  6. Sprinkle with sprouts and sea salt. Drizzle with olive oil and eat immediately.
