Brandied Fruit Melange

  1. In small saucepan, combine brandy, brown sugar and cinnamon stick; mix well.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. In large bowl combine peaches, apples and oranges; mix well.
  4. Pour hot brandy mixture over fruit, mix gently.
  5. Cover, store in refrigerator 8 to 10 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, remove cinnamon stick.
  6. Add strawberries and kiwi fruit, toss lightly.
  7. Spoon into a bowl.
  8. Yields 16 servings (1/2 cup).
