Hamburgers With A French Twist
- 300 grams high quality ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 1/2 Baguette
- 1 Avocado
- Mix high quality lean ground beef with some French Dijon Mustard - one large tablespoon for about 300 gr of meat.
- Make little burgers, about 5 cm in diameter.
- Cut a baguette in pieces so that the burger will fit. Spread avocado on the bottom side, place the burger and sprinkle with fresh mint. That's it!
- You can add any other toppings you may want such as tomato, or Chile Chipotle, or any other. The mustard in the meat and the mint give it a nice flavor, so actually even plain it is rather good.
