Shoe Peg Salad

  1. Drain corn, beans, peas and pimento. Combine all vegetables in salad bowl.
  2. Mix vinegar, sugar, oil and salt in small bowl. Add to vegetable mixture.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Approximate Per Serving:
  6. 182 calories, total fat 8 g, 36% calories from fat, 3 g protein, 28 g carbohydrates, 3 g fiber, 0 mg cholesterol and 221 mg sodium.
