White Chocolate Fig Hamantashens

  1. Beat eggs and add sugar, oil, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the flour and mix figs in last.
  3. Roll dough flat on a lightly floured surface.rnCut into circles.
  4. Heat sugar and water over a light flame until sugar is fully dissolved and begins to brown.
  5. Add heavy cream and walnuts.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling in the middle of the dough circles and pinch to form the classic triangle shape for the hamantashens.
  7. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
  8. Cool and drizzle with melted white chocolate
