Pumpkin Spice Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with oil or muffin cups.
  2. Sift flours, baking powder and soda, and salt into a large bowl. Stir in spices.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat egg and brown sugar until well combined . Stir in vanilla, yogurt, banana and pumpkin puree.
  4. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in cranberries.
  5. Pour mixture into muffin cups and bake approximately 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
