Lamb Shank Italian Way

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Generously salt and pepper the lamb shank
  3. In a large creuset pot add coconut oil and lamb shank and brown on all sides, remove from pot and keep warm
  4. Add the vegetables and paprika and saute for 3 minutes, return lamb shank to the pot and add remaining ingredients and stir
