Saucy Steak

  1. Cook steak in flour; pound into beef.
  2. Brown in oil in 10-inch skillet; push beef to side.
  3. Cook onion in oil until tender; drain.
  4. Drain potato liquid in measuring cup.
  5. Add enough water to make 1 cup.
  6. Mix potato liquid, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, bouillon, salt, marjoram and pepper; pour on beef and onion.
  7. Heat to boiling.
  8. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
  9. Rinse beans under running water to separate.
  10. Add potatoes, beans and pimento to skillet.
  11. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  12. Cover and simmer until beans are tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
