Lasagna
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 regular size 3 cheese Prego sauce
- 1 pkg. (3 c.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 pkg. (3 c.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 small pkg. lasagna strips (9 strips)
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Brown and drain hamburger.
- Bring a large pan of water to boil.
- Boil lasagna strips until tender (approximately 15 minutes).
- Mix Prego with hamburger and let sit. Drain water from lasagna.
- Using a regular cake pan (glass or metal) lightly cover bottom of pan with hamburger and Prego mix. Lay 3 strips side by side over mixture.
- Cover with mixture.
- Add 1 cup of each cheese.
- Layer with strips.
- Add mixture; top with cheese again and then strips.
- Use remaining mixture (hamburger and Prego) and top with remaining cheeses.
- Cover pan loosely with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
- Let cool 10 minutes for better consistency.
