Toffee Crisps

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Grease cookie sheets.
  3. In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.
  5. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
  6. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well.
  7. Stir in baking chips.
  8. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 for 8 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
  10. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Yields 5 to 6 dozen cookies.
  13. Store tightly covered.
